Full of warm cinnamon and pumpkin puree, this is the perfect cozy quick bread for fall or anytime of the year. Not only is this bread delicious, it is also very easy to make – it only takes a few minutes to prepare and the rest is bake time. The use of sourdough discard adds a depth of flavor and moisture you can’t find anywhere else.
This pumpkin bread is something my family and I look forward to every fall. It fills the house with wonderful smells and tastes so good.
Feel free to substitute the maple sugar with whatever sugar you have on hand – granulated sugar will work just fine. I just love the taste of maple sugar and I appreciate that it is natural and unrefined.
