Everyday Marinara Sauce

Tomato puree, garlic, salt, and extra virgin olive oil – that is all you need to make this simple and delicious everyday marinara sauce. This sauce is an essential ingredient in my kitchen and it is so easy to make.

I haven’t purchased store bought marinara sauce in a very long time, as this sauce is so versatile and more cost effective to make.

Try it with any pasta dish, pour it on meatballs, or slather it on your homemade pizza crust. It is also great for adding to soup recipes that call for tomatoes.

Feel free to personalize it by adding fresh basil or dried oregano, as it is a blank canvas for any flavors you like.

I hope you enjoy this marinara sauce and it becomes an everyday staple for you as it has for me!
