This simple marinara sauce is extremely easy to make and full of flavor. It is perfect on meatballs, pasta, lasagna, or as pizza sauce on homemade pizza.

  • 1 Kitchen Scale

Ingredients

  • 113 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 48 oz tomato puree unsalted
  • 26 g salt

Instructions

  • Heat a 3 quart saucepan over medium-heat. Then add the olive oil and garlic. Cook for 30 seconds - 1 minute, until fragrant. Add the tomato puree and salt. Stir to combine and cover.

  • When you hear it bubble, turn the heat down to low and let simmer 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
