I make these meatballs weekly because they are just so easy and absolutely delicious. You just add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl, combine, shape, and bake! There’s practically no mess to deal with and everyone loves them.
Serve these with a simple marinara sauce on top of your favorite pasta. Or get creative and have them with rice or simply with a slice of crusty gluten-free sourdough bread.
If you want to make grain-free meatballs – replace the oats with almond flour and enjoy them with a slice of grain-free sourdough bread.

Easy Gluten-Free Meatballs
Equipment
- 1 cookie scoop optional
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 50 g rolled oats pulsed in food processor
- 113 g plain yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 10 g salt 2 tsp
- 1 g black pepper 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450℉ and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to fully combine.2 lbs ground beef, 50 g rolled oats, 113 g plain yogurt, 2 large eggs, 2 cloves garlic, 10 g salt, 1 g black pepper
- Use a 1.7 Tbsp cookie scoop to form the meatballs and roll them between your hands before placing them on the prepared baking sheet.

- Bake for 15 minutes. Top with your favorite sauce and enjoy!

Notes
- The yogurt can be substituted with buttermilk, whole milk, or homemade cashew milk.
- Substitute the oats with almond flour for a grain-free option.
