Easy Gluten-Free Meatballs
These delicious meatballs are made with gluten-free oats that are pulsed in a food processor instead of breadcrumbs. They are tender, flavorful, and super easy to make. The addition of homemade yogurt gives a slight tanginess as well as added moisture.

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 50 g rolled oats pulsed in food processor
- 113 g plain yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 10 g salt 2 tsp
- 1 g black pepper 1/4 tsp
Preheat your oven to 450℉ and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to fully combine.
2 lbs ground beef, 50 g rolled oats, 113 g plain yogurt, 2 large eggs, 2 cloves garlic, 10 g salt, 1 g black pepper
Use a 1.7 Tbsp cookie scoop to form the meatballs and roll them between your hands before placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes. Top with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
- The yogurt can be substituted with buttermilk, whole milk, or homemade cashew milk.
- Substitute the oats with almond flour for a grain-free option.
